I made two purchases,my first, with ebay. Both of them have still to be fulfilled. Its been almost a month now. No concrete steps seem to have been taken by ebay and paisepay as yet. I have purchased a 32gb pen drive and a spy pen camera.

You have not given much details of your purchases for the community members to be of help. You have paid by PaisaPay. As per PaisaPay rule, after payment by PaisaPay seller has to compulsorily ship the product within seven days and tracking details are to be posted to eBay (in My PaisaPay), which you can see and track yourself on the website of the courier. After posting the tracking details by seller, item has to be delivered withing 10 days. If those datelines are not maintained, money was refunded back to buyer.
So it is not understood why after one month you have not received the item. Please come back with full details at what stage you are now.

hi, i m recently starting to work on ebay and sold 2 product, my second buyers is Arjun arora from delhi who won the bid and i contacted to him in this regards he told me to wait till 27 september, 8- 10 days more than ebay's time limit what should i do?

if you havent got in 30days you should report to ebay guarantee claim immediately

Well,very nice. Then, if the seller posts the shipping and tracking details on the 7th day but the item is arranged to be picked up by the courier company on the 10th day and delivers on the dateline, none of the ebay rules are broken. Only thing is that the poor buyer is tracking the "shipped" item for 3/4 days without any result but frustration when the seller can use the settled fund for 8/9 days before getting the item for actual shipment. Can ebay do something about this?

Dear Sir,being Super Seller past 10+ yra with 100% Positiv Ratings till Last week,the Buyer,Mr.Mathew, even after Receiving the Refund [imediatly on 15th June]has Given Negetiv Rating on 17th June..is NOT Picking my phone even tho he Promised to Change after receiving Refund.Moreover,Since my id Got Restriction ,its been 40 Days,pl. Atleast allow me to File my Perspectiv thru Community Forum et Jury Decide,its 100% Harsh on Super Sellers like me to Suffer unNecesarily-TNS is Most UNCOOPERATIVE,totally DISGUSTED that i had to Call several Times but Fell to Deaf Ears,as in the Forum,Majorty of Old Sellers are Against TNS for being Biased towards to buyers even if hes a NOvice with Low/no ratings..in the Past 10 yrs,First time,i seek Support & Suggestions from Fellow Sellers to get Respite from Ruthless TNS.Rgds.vINEET cHOPRA-cAR dECORATER-dELHI-9810556687

i brought a item through ebay, during the payment if used a gift voucher, i brought it on 15/04/11. till now i didnt get my free gift. i'm was a regular customer of ebay, but now i am reluctant to buy from ebay. they are not ready to keep there words, customer care in this case is very poor, they are simply delivering same answer every time.
