Sony Head Phones , Cost 799 , Seller is not responding since december 30th onwards,
I had been contacting ebay customer service over phone since january 4th to jan-12 but not get any sollution .
By the floor manager suggestion i have sent mail to insellerverification@ebay.com with the images on 13th January.
Till now they havent solved my issue . Every time i am getting a mail wait for 72 hours and your Claim has closed on December 25th itself.
If Ebay team checks thoroughly then they can understood for what i have closed the claim and for what i am asking now. But Unfortunately hope so they dont have interest thats why One Month Completed with out any Solution.
After adding these 72 hours It is almost 744 hours are completed in this One Month Period.
