1. I am following with ebay customer care team but every day they say we are escalating the issue to concern team and allow us time to come back.
2. It has been 19 days since them i am daily waiting for the feedback.
3. In my case what every the device seller has sent to me is not working one, this transaction was done in may 2009. I am following with him for delivery date by email since the concern person is not coming over phone. every day 4 to 5 calls i am making till no response they don;t have any courticy to call back customer and update.
I want to know how much time do the trust and security team needs to check with a local guy in india who is just a call away.
It is a real pain to follow-up with ebay for such issue. In today world if a customer forced for such pains i am sure people will stop using this.
I have paid 12.5K in May 2009, plus a phone call cost to me to talk to seller in Pune ( blackberry store) is more than the device cost.
MY QUESTION WHY EBAY CANNOT HELP TO SLOVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

You can open an SNAD dispute with ebay only upto 60 days of order.
After that you should ideally use other avenues for your dispute like direct contact with seller, or your local consure court etc.
Technically ebay only looks at product which are significantly not as described (snad)on receipt and not on warranty issues.
Any product which has been bought in May will not only qualify for warranty.
Any SNAD is recognised within days of receipt.

You can always file a complaint with consumer court or the local police station.
There are many other avenues. But ebay route is and rightly should be limited to 60 days from your transaction.

If the lapse of 60 days had passed by and in bewteen you haven't open up any dispute wwith the seller, then ebay will not be of much help to you (Please refer PaisaPay Terms and Policies).
The best thing for you to do now is to lodge a complaint with any consumer court. The seller probably is an authorized delaer for blackberry and Blackberry had their own reputation. If you follow up accordingly, it is most sure that Blackberry would probably revoke His reselleing rights if the seller is found to be guilty of selling defective products. And then you can get a refund for the whole lot of amount you sent out for the purchase.

i am trying to sort out an issue with an Seller for almost a week now with the eBay customer Care team, but without much help from them. the seller is charging Rs.2250/- extra from what was mentioend in the listing and the Customer Care team is very reluctant to resolve this issue. i have sent 3 e-mails, for which i have recieved very irrelevent replies and i called them twice, but they will listen to my issues, check on their and records, comfirm that i have an issue and then when i ask for an resolutoin, conveniently disconnect the call. is there any person who is responsible enough, to whom i can esclate the issue??
Thanks,
Keerthi.

I have observed that lots of Items like Jewelery and Mobile Phone are Selling With No Reserve. But Zero rated bidders are making lots of bids and they are pushing the price up. I suspect sellers are consciously doing this.
Actually very easy to cheat Jennine bidders. Open a new account and bid.
What I suggest no zero rated bidder should be allowed to bid for items with No reserve.
Only ebayers with more than 10+ Rating can bid items with no reserve.
Thanks

Has anyone got any positive response from eBay Customer Care team, Plese read my blog in this thread. and after that i have tried calling the Customer Care team and again they disconnected the call as soon as i gave them the issue. And to make things worst, they have let the Fraud Seller to put an "Unpaid Item Strike". now i have to start a new fight with the stubborn, unfriendly, un-sensitive Customer care team to resolve this new issue. please some one let me know if there is any contacts to whom i can esclate this and get this resolved...

To your concern on if fake / shill bidding happens on eBay:
eBay has the most strict monitoring against shill bidding. Our TnS team is quite good at identifying such activities and taking action against them. Please bid with confidence as there is a whole team out tehre that watching out for your interest!
