Not able to redeem diwali gift (DIWALIBY01)

I have purchased a product around 37k at the time of diwali gift offer.used the code DIWALIBY01

Now I am trying to redeem the gift from last 3 days.
Its getting failed each time.

Each time I call ebay customer care they asked me to try after 4-5 hours.

I tried for 8 times and now really hopeless.

12 days over....still not able to redeem the gift....hopeless ebay....

I have tried every possible suggestion from ebay customer care.....called twice a day to them....now they are blaming me.....

still the issue is not resolved....2 more days left for the gift redemption....

Please do the needful....its really a kind of a harassment...
