As per your Site information the Shipment no 6191684343 had reached your Vikhroli Office on 2nd Nov.2011 @ 08:30 AM Shipment Received at Operations Facility then by 08:53 AM of 02nd Nov 2011 showed remarks Shipment Out for Delivery. Now it is 2330hrs of 03/01/2011 and I do not know why there is so much delay (i.e.more than 40hours delay in delivering the item ).Sir, I want to know why there was so much delay in delivering the said shipment from Vikhroli to Chembur in Mumbai which is just about half an hour drive. I was constantly in touch with their office over phone as I was leaving Mumbai and i needed this parcel. The person at Aramex Office Mr. Vaibhav ensured me that the parcel will be delivered by 2130hr on(03/11/2011) without fail. But to my surprise the delivery has not reached me yet (04/11/2011 @ 0000hrs).

This company (ARAMEX) took consignment which it could not deliver to the consignee, thereby giving heart-burns to the seller and buyer both.It DESERVES to be penalized. Sellers should avoid patronizing such irresponsible company- ARAMEX

Dear 2011santoshkumar,

We understand that you haven't received the parcel as yet, on checking with Aramex, we have been informed that on 3rd and 4th, you were not available for delivery due to which there has been a delay. Please note that the product is already out for delivery and you should receive it soon. Please be rest assured.

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We wish to inform you that your shipment with Airwaybill number 6191684343 has been delivered to you on 07th November 2011. We also wish to inform you that we had also attempted the delivery for this shipment on 04th & 05th November but could not deliver it as your premises were closed.
