Not able to redeem Diwali gift

I purchased from ebay for an amount of 18000/-
Today when I tried redeeming the gift, the website is throwing some weird error. Does anyone else facing the same issue ?

Even after so many posts, still ebay is neither giving a correct link nor guiding properly, where or how we can redeem the promised item. After, so many years of my loyalty to ebay, today I have a doubt on ebay's credentials.
