Not able to raise refund claim through PaisaPay?

I had ordered an item and paid through PaisaPay.
The last date of delivery was 7th Sept, 2011 and I didn't receive anything.
Also the shipping details provided to me were wrong.

The same story happened with 24 other buyers who bought the same deal.

I have been trying to raise a claim through PaisaPay but the option for Item Not Received is not showing up in My PaisaPay page.

I have sent a mail to ebay CC and they have just provided me with a routine reply that it'll get resolved.

What can I do?

Yes that is correct.
Tomorrow is the 6th day after refund initiation.

please tell the seller to send via first flight courier i think the courier service from whome he send me the speaker dont have there service in my state. i love to get them if it take 4 to 5 more daya i can wait

AFTER ALL THE PROCESS IT IS NOT ABLE TO GENERATE CLAIM ID.

ALSO I HAVE CHECKED ON YOUTUBE COMPARISON OF ORIGNAL AND FAKE MI FIT AND THE PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY THE SELLER FULLFILLS ALL THE QUALITIES OF FAKE MI FIT. 

ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO PAIR IT WITH MY PHONE.
