Loose your peace of my if you are buying from ebay.
Day 1 the item did not work as expected and reaching customer care is very pain full and finally we get the same response i.e. Please wait for 24hrs and you will receive a call from the claim dept.As per the process ebay says that some one from claim dept will call with 7 working days after you have raised a claim and so for its 9th day I have not received any call.
Guys beware as my personal experience says "Stay away from ebay"
