dear sir...
i masud hossain hereby purchased a
blackberry z 10 mobile.
i claimed against that on march 8
(claim id 1772613) and was
appeovrd on 30 march 2016.
i was inforned that my dd cheque
will be delivered on within 15 work days.
but i didnt get any information
or nothing even now. when i contact
with customer care i didnt get any
response even any kind of help they
telling to me that i have to wait.
but for how many days. its over than
one end half months over can
u plz tell when i can get
my dd cheque exactly or not.
plz look over that problem
immidietly as soon as possible.
