So many I have sent mails & spoken with customercare exctv. but alwas recieved only promises but not getting that 10% discout coupon, which I used to buy a product, but seller refunded amount next day and made my coupon waste.
Now I want to use 10% discount for other product but waiting for that to et it from ebay...

Hi wk,

As per my best of knowledge, coupons are issued randomly, ask seller (who cancelled this order) to adjust this amount against future purchase, or purchase another item.
Most sellers would gladly do this.

Product non availability is a rare issue, it does happen due to technical up-gradation, damage in warehouse or any reason beyond control.

dear.

even i send somany mails to customer care, according to norms they will reply in 24 to 48 hours
many times i never get reply, some time i get after a month.

so, cant trust ebay centralized customer care in this case, but Indian customer care is useless doesn't have any rights to take decision.

there is only 1 solution for this, just wait man, u can do anything, if u want 7% discount coupon just ask me, i give u. enjoy shopping.
