Hello,
This is regarding the purchase of Lenovo mobile phone (paisapay id 34266308672). It has been the 3rd time in past 1 month that the seller was unable to dispatch the product and the refund had to be done.
I understand that if I am paying through paisapay then the money is safe. But my question to ebay is why is it letting its online platform to be used to sellers who are not able to fulfill the orders.
Post the 2nd case of refund (almost 10 days back when the seller could not dispatch the product), I called your customer case department and I was being told to check the seller feedback before making the purchase. This time I did the same and the feedback score of the seller was 96-97%. Tell me if it is a bad score then why it has happened again.
It seems that it is the policy of ebay/paisapay to use the money of the seller without interest and then initiate the return request. Three times in a row, it has given me mental tensions, wastage of time, and has also led to loss of money interest to me.
This time, I sincerely request ebay to think again before allowing such incompetent sellers to use its platform otherwise it will lead to the loss of trust in ebay. I am an online blogger myself and can write all the negative reviews of ebay on internet or can even file a complaint against ebay for not following good business practices.
Request you to please look into the same and provide me a solution apart from just the money refund.
The solution could be giving me the same product at the same price or you decide on the alternate solution to me.
You can even check my account details (user id as sachin.sg1) for all the purchase failures that I have faced in past 1 month only.
Regards
Sachin

By "seller feedback" customer care meant the number of feedbacks received by the seller and not feedback percentage, even if a seller gets 1 positive feedback then the percentage will be 100% so check the feedback count in future.
Always remember that on ebay that if the deal is too good to be true then it is surely a bad deal.

Some deals are too good to be true and they are.
My advise for a safe shopping. Message the seller and ask him for a confirmation that he can ship the item if you purchase. Also check with the seller as in when he will dispatch.
Only then buy the product.
Dont bother about the feedback that you see of sellers. They are no good, I have 96% feedback because i do not deals with buyers who want free item for negative feedback removal, also a lot of my buyers dont give feedback. So, that does not mean I am a BAD seller. So, dont trust the numbers, contact seller directly and talk.
