Hi,
Placed an order with ebay on 13th May with paisapay id PaisaPay ID : 42585876061. The order was delivered with missing components . Raised a claim with id Claim ID : 2023935.
Soory to say customer support is pathetic and dishonest.
1. It takes on an average no less than 25 mins to reach customer care irrespective of what time or day you call them.
2. Very immature customer service. they behave and think they are are third party and do not belong to ebay
3. Floor managers and customer support engineers speak lot of lies and false promises. looks like they are not properly trained or informed.
4. Claim is pending for close to a month now and customer support neither have a clue as to what is happening as they depend on information from claims department which i do not know if they recieve
5. No proper escalation and even escalated suppport is of no use.
Conclusion: Though i have been customer of ebay (US) and india for over 5 years now. It's better that to stop giving business to ebay it's no more worth the name.
