Non execution of GEB orders twice within three weeis

Dear Sir,

I had raised four orders on GEB on Oct.31st. for Patio table and chairs which was listed in your GEB catalogue. I paid through paisepay.After eight days i get a answer on "view status" saying the item cannot be shipped. No communication from the seller.On enquiring with your international reseller i was informed that there was a payment gateway issue with paypal and this happens sometimes so i should try again.

I placed similar four orders again on Oct 17th via paisepay and i am given the same answer again by i2C world your international reseller.

So what do i make of it.? Is your GEB a scam? Why dont you just scrap this e-commerce business or learn from Amazon what customer service is all about?

One should not waste consumers time and energy by listing products on the catalogue that cannot be fulfilled and secondly if there is a problem in the paypal gateway or paisepay then this process should be scrapped.
