Non Paying Buyers making ebay experience Unforgettable.

As if the filing of unpaid items dispute and struggling to get FVF was not enough another ebay policy is making seller experience unforgettable.
Recently, I sold an item and the buyer never paid up, I filed an unpaid item dispute, but as the buyer was an experienced with ebay policies, he replied to upi that he no longer wants the item. So I closed the dispute and got FVF.
Then ebay did what it does the best, support buyers.
They removed the unpaid item strike of the buyer and then buyer gave me a negative feedback for an item which he never paid for. And the feedback was valid as buyer had replied to upi.
When I requested ebay for feedback removal, they say they cannot remove it citing their policies.
One valid question :
Why a buyer who never paid for the item is allowed to leave a feedback?
Anyone can come up with a new id buy something, no need to pay and then leave a -ve feedback to bring down a sellers reputation
I ask all the sellers to kindly post their views on this.

One more thing. I sent a mutual feedback removal to this buyer to which he refused because this is not his primary account, so it does not matter to him. Had it been his only ebay account he would have been more concerned.

Recently a PS with more than 200 ratings bid on one of my Rs.1/- free shipping auctions and then told me his dog bid on it when he was away. Imagine my rage at it. He spoilt my auction and denied a more deserving bidder the item. Than he asked me for a mutual withrawal. I sent him a mutual withrawal and resisted my urge to give him a negative.

Juspreet, FYI, active content it not allowed on the ebay.in site. Active content = audio / video. I hope you remove the same from all your listings unless you want to be supended again.

Why do you want to sell ebooks at rs.5/- whatever, there are better ways of driving traffic to your listings.

Most of my buyers do rate me. Some to leave once they get the product, some do it once they get the feedback remainder. some give feedback through email as they aren't much aware of the eBay Feedback System.

Still I need to get approx 150 feedbacks from the buyers.

I don't find any secret in it as I consider that buyer does leave the feedback according to the product. ---------------

Are you saying a total of 150 buyers have not rated you or that the number of buyer who do not rate you are 150% or the buyers who rate you?
