I have purchase two samsung covers from ebay.in but those covers were of model 5.8 but my mobile is samsung mega 6.3 . So icalled customer care service of selling department so they me a number of Mr. Ashish and said to contact him. I called him regarding this so he told me to courier those covers and he will send me the covers required. I courired him the covers three weeks back and he told within a week i will recieve my covers but it gphas been morw than weeks i havent received them. When i am trying to call him he is not answeing my calls. I have event sent him my paisapay id and courire number but still he has responded to my calls.
Either i get the covers upi require or please send the money back as i have already returned the covers.
