I got confirmation of refund for a unshipped item by the seller , but paisapay not credited the amount yet. i sent msg from ebay website regarding that . more than 15 days not yet got any reply .. atlast contacted ebay via chat. they asked me to mail to paisadocs mail regarding this with bank statement 6 days beack for that also no response. only recieving "Thanks for your email - we'll get back to you soon"automated message, this thing i will get only after my mail reached their server. then why they not taking care to respond my mail .
kindly spend time to solve my issue .

Please contact ebay customer support on 18002093229 if still you are not able to get the problem solved than call on 02266690000 thats the head office no and ask of paisa pay department head.
