No response from ebay about failure in sending gift items till three months

I had purchased a ipad2 from ebay with gift voucher, today three months have passed but the gift is yet to be even despatched. I have sent mail, chatted & called ebay, number of times but they have no answers & no updates..what to say about the sellers when ebay india is behaving like a fraudster, will never buy anything again from the site, avoid !!

I bought a camera on 15/04/2011, cost Rs.7598/- with a gift voucher(iball headset and web cam. the gift is not yet received. when ever i contact the ebay they are telling that the gift will come with in one week. till now i didnt received my gift.
i think ebay.in is cheating customer.

Agreed.. to top it to up they do not even respond,pathetic management, never coming back to the site

Same is the case with me, I was suppose to get the free gift but I am still waiting. Have sent several emails with no answer. Pathetic service. If the ebay team can not dispatch the gifts on time, they should stop making fool of people.

Same here. It has been 60 days and I have not yet received the gift. I got a call from ebay some two weeks back that they are dispatching my gift but still I haven't received any gift or dispatch details.

i purchased 1 Mobile Phone & 1 Diamond Ring, both time i used gift voucher, 1 worth 350 GB HDD and 1 worth 16 GB Transcand Pan Drive. None of this gift received from eBay until today. It is been over 90 Days since i have purchased this item. I tried connecting eBay and asked them about the gift status but No details given from their end. I am taking it as a Dream now.
