No response from Ebay

I stopped receiving promotional emails from Ebay. Sent them a query on Sept 8, got an automated reply that I will get a response in max 72 hours. No response so far.

I wonder if I have any problems with buying items, if Ebay will be responsive and what kind of support I'll get.

Ebay does not offer any live chat. I reached a live chat window, but no one is there. Is Ebay closing its business?

Why on Earth eBay will close its Business? Live Chat is available only during office hours.

i,ve reqested to ebay refund for item not received , but till now from 7/9/2010 my refund was put on hold massage displayed and no reply from ebay custmer care team this is not a good prctice
how long i, ve to wait for my money refunded back to me
no specific deadline , no speedy work, no responces through online chat, custmer care over phone, even through mail
very pathatic situation

Need not to worry your money is safe with eBay.
If you are not getting your product your money will be refunded.
eBay give a certain timeframe to the your trading partner and if does not responce your money will be refunded.

Why r u assuming things? And why eBay will close bussiness.
The live chat option is available till 6.30pm in the evening
and in beetween if they have not connected you there might be some problem.
I request you to please bee patience and see thigs will happen.
