No refund till now for product not received

Hi

I am a regular buyer on ebay but this latest incident has shattered my confidence. Had ordered a product on 31st Dec 07 with paisa pay id 23304881177. Product was not received and refund was approved on 8/1/2009 wherein I was to get the refund within 3 working days. Regretfully, I have not received it till date.I have been calling up their toll free cust care since past three days daily but with same response - 'we are escalating the matter to concerned team'.

I have to write here that I preferred ebay over other shopping portals eg indiatimes etc for my buying needs due to its international name and very prompt and powerful cust care but it looks ebay has followed suit other portals.

I am really disappointed how ebay is treating its buyers and its a matter of grave concern. Ebay cannot treat its buyers like this wherein the money is not refunded on time and further the cust care is ineffective and acting like dummies instead of providing immediate solution.

check you mail, I am sure PaisaPay would have replied. Our remittances reaches us in a very timely manner. We are sure refund shall be processed promptly aswell...

Paisa pay emailed me on 8/1/09 saying refund is approved and will be credited within 3 working days. Called up ebay cust care on 12 Jan they said it takes 5 working days. Called up on 14, 15 and 16 i.e today but same reply - we have escalated the matter.

Refund initiated on 8th and not processed till 16th is in no way prompt and effecient. Add to this, the replies of customer care helpline have been totally useless and ineffective.

ITs still not credited to my account at the time of writing this post.

Hey thats disturbing and scary. I have just started buying on ebay and this is bad news. I would have to be now weary.

Yes, Now a days it is a big joke to deal with Ebay India, Poor customer support... only they know to respond like ...escalating, be rest assured, check back after 24-48 hrs... etc. These poor guys having hard time to solve issues. I had lost Rs.3297/- as a refund from paisapay... Got all these stupid answers all the time when I called their support. So my friend nothing going to happen... they are not sincere at all. Even on this discussion board they won't respond.

Mohitji is a regular buyer and a very genuine person.

eBay should put in personal attention to ensure that such dedicated buyers remain happy on the site.

I am sure some action would be taken soon
