As per your concern, I have checked the details from our end and found that the Marketing team tried to dispatch your gift through TNT courier, but as per the courier company you need to send across either form 50 or 31. Once you provide us with it, we will be able to dispatch the Gift to your Registration address. These forms are required by the courier company depending to which state the item is been shipped

As per your concern, I checked our records and see that the Marketing team wanted to dispatch your item through TNT couriers, however, they informed that they would need Form 50 or 31 to ship the item to your State, as intimated to you in the previous mail. However, be assured that since we realize that its an hassle for you to provide with these forms and then to get the gift dispatched from our end, the team is currently checking with other shipping providers who would not require any such forms and can get the gift delivered to you without any problem at the earliest. Hence, I request you to allow us sometime so that we can look into the matter and get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
