No refund from eBay.

Till now, I 've not heard anything from eBay. Worst part is that the call center and chat are down today ie 14-May-2015.This is a poor customer experience

Can someone provide me a status update?My last interaction id over this issue was 1-47749357254 dated 11-May-2015
