My claim id 361953 was approved on 21st Dec. 2013, but I haven't received my refund yet. I logged 3 times escalation request, the escalation reference no. is 1-19489507312, but still, nobody even bother to contact me within promised 24 hrs. I am highly disappointed with ebay customer service. I am planning to lodge a complaint as well personally if nothing is heard this time. I am giving a negative feedback for ebay shopping portal on the web.
I would like you to please pursue my case immediately and return my refund amount immediately.
