No proper system to change the address

I placed an order on 15 th june (today) with a wrong shipping address. i called customer service to help me to change the address where i stayed 10 years back. They told me that there is no system to change the address after placing an order. But i placed an order today only, there should be an option to change the address and let the order in right place. My order id is 36572653560

agree with you totally, as seller i get many request from buyers to change address as they might have forgotten to update address, but due to these limitations, we cannot change addresses, so need to cancel order and buyer needs to re-order again or we lose a sale

This needs some permanent resolution
