No proper answer from ebay customer care

Hi,
This is my second experince with ebay and both the time I did not received my product, according to the Blue Dart customer care as on 28th Dec 2014 they reveived the package at mumbai hub in crashed condotion and some items were missing and hence they where not able to deliver it, I called Blue dart as well as ebay several times but each time the ebay customer care told me that I should wait for 1-2 days its been allmost 10 days I am getting the same answer, today morning when I called the customer care the asked me to raise a claim to resend the product but just an hour before I got a message stating my claim was rejected, I dont understand why..??
I you cant keep upto your delivery time kindly let people know about this, as they will not be waiting for the same as I did
