Dear Sir,
I have purchased a new Apple iPhone 6 16GB( Gold) from eBay - seller *** . Delivered items has following defects:
1) I got Apple iPhone 6 16GB (silver) - even invoice from seller says its Silver color, while invoice from eBay says its Gold color.
2) I got 3year old/used phone - 60% of its memory is used by photos from year 2012 to 2014. Battery is almost gone - it discharge in few hours without much use. It had no headphone. It also has scratches.
I filed complain (Claim ID ***) on eBay Guarantee, but till no status has not changed - no call from eBay or Seller.
I called seller - he is not picking phone.
Please suggest what can be done.
