Hi,
I am Taru and ordered for foot and calf massager for my father on 26th Nov 2013.
Neither the product reached destination nor money was refunded.
I have contacted customer care a number of times...no use.
I dropped a mail...useless.
Its been 2 months and nothing from ebay.
Once the claim was rejected, only ebay knows WHY?
Then another claim was raised and its been 2 weeks for that as well
I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY REFUND IS HANDLED AT EBAY
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF i AM GOING TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK FROM EBAY?
