No help from eBay team

I am a new seller on eBay and having a tough time.
As I see there is no security for a seller on eBay, any buyer can abuse, misbehave and threat you for no reason. And, you should not expect any help from anywhere.

Because an eBay seller doesn't, even, have a right to open any case against such buyer who is trying to cheat you.

Recently, one of my buyer "ranjan435" bought an item from me and intentionally damaged it. Then, demanded refund. However he was assured for it on his first call. But, he wanted more than what he paid for it.
And threatened, If I don't pay, he will destroy my business and credibility, he will feedback negative and open a case against me.
And, he did it.

I wrote to eBay team / customer support and finally to "inrswebhelp@ebay.com"

But, the role of eBay staff is extremely indifferent in this whole episode. No, one wants to hear or help.
The buyer had opened a fake case for "Item not as described" and
Someone Aashish Gupta from ebay team approved it without hearing or understanding my concern, while I was not ready for it.

And, now the buyer "ranjan435" has given a final blow to tarnish my credibility, and left a negative feed back, as he had threatened for.

I don't know, what should I do ? Should I close down my seller's account ?

Sure, maybe not all members want that kind of responsibility, but I know plenty who are. For every major stride taken by the entry level member, there are hundreds (or thousands) left still trying to find a way. Or you find they suddenly take a backseat of comments.

If you want more equality among the all community of members in trade, you have to do your part. Even as a Y member, there are plenty of ways to contribute, even if you are still in an entry-level role. Suggest right views, found them if you have to. Spend time and Share
your talents with colleges who want to learn the skills for good decision-making, but can not seem to find the resources. And like we do here, write, comment and share. Seniors have something to offer.

Either we should stop embrace each other or now we need to start embracing each other. RATAN.TRADE

Actually, this is the responsibility of eBay, to take care of such incidents and Expel such members immediately.

BUT, What ?
If eBay doesn’t do anything ?

Now, it comes on us. We should stand together. Join our hands.
Cause, after all, we are going to suffer from such elements.

I would request to all my friends who are sellers here, to BLOCK this member from bidding or purchasing your articles.
Just make him a “KHOTA SIKKA”,
He will automatically go out of circulation.

and if u check the picture the is no chronograph in the watch

its totally wrong buyer can open a dispute item not as describe

so as a buyer u wanted a chronograph watch which was mention on the title

And if u search Chronograph on ebay u wont get a watch less then 3000 for fixed price

so now in this case the seller is trying to show a completely wrong picture

Yes Brother, I have seen it. My remarks are always based upon the facts.
You are constantly trying to prove your seniority. And then you will complain about pulling the matter longer.
But, now you seem to be rationalizing your frustration.
Because you are forgetting the dispute is not due to the title of the item.

Tell me one thing !
Did you see the complete listing ?
It has almost ten pictures from different angles and a description besides the TITLE.

And, the buyer in question is not a new entry; he is smart enough to create so many disputes. (He, still, has many of his negative feedbacks, while the others have been already removed)
And, you have your self pointed out he has a score of 28 feedbacks.

Further, it is instructed and expected that one should read the description carefully
or ask a question if any confusion.
Besides, the buyers are not blind.

My friend; if you are happy with this man.
Don’t block him.
After all. This is your business and of course the choice is also yours.

One pointer I suggest to you, File in CC get your negative removed and move on.
Good buyers bad buyers its part of business here. If you will keep thinking about one incident, how will you experience many more to come?

Also, no one is here for your cause really. So do not get intimidated by what others said.
As Raj Ji, Linus and Reliable has advised, you have informed the community about an incident, your role is over. So move on, you will get many good buyers and trust me the worst you haven't seen yet. eBay is not bothered whether you make money or not. All they are concerned about is, they are getting buyers? Seller is paying monthly fees on time? Seller is within guidelines? if answer to all 3 is yes, they wont bother to think about you even.

Try to see a big picture. Had this thread been opened by the same seller, highlighting this issue in general, he would have received lots of comments. But he chose to restrict it to himself. We cannot help. We can only advise in such cases and even then if some one wants to stretch it like rubber band, then off course they will get a loner response.

What veshbhoosha_tls has gone through, all of the sellers on eBay has to suffer and trust me this is just the starting. this is not to scare him, but to make him aware. Welcome to eBay. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

These guys never ships on time and don't update you on the shipping status.
Also, if you leave a negative feedback, they have it removed somehow.

Its nothing new, Ebay team in all most all segement under performers. There are problems to both sellers having issue for expected money trasnfer and Buyers having too .....

Clear, eBAY is fail to deliver the outcome as per their guidelines. This is overall senario here ......

You are absolutely right, traders have to do some thing seriouly.
