No free gifts received.

I bought 2 items during valentines day offer.I had to be received gifts by the end of may.I called them twice to five times a month.But now the month is june.Still no news on the gifts.Everytime i ask them they say that they have forwarded the complaint to higher officials.I am a lot frustrared in this.

I bought a camera on 15/04/2011, cost Rs.7598/- with a gift voucher(iball headset and web cam. the gift is not yet received. when ever i contact the ebay they are telling that the gift will come with in one week. till now i didnt received my gift.
i think ebay.in is cheating customer.

The worst part is when we try to contact ebay no one responds and they have left customers in dark. Not sure if this is a regular practice, never expected this from the leading online sales company. Atleast after seeing this post, someone writes back to all my emails, if not all atleast 1.
