No attention is given to Claim # 2066047

Hi there, 

Nobody from Ebay Claims team is responding to my comments/questions about Claim # 2066047 . While the seller is happy to replace the product, eBay has been delaying the entire process for no reason at.

I have purchased a mobile phone and the volume rocker button of the phone rattles a lot. I owned an HTC One M8 before however it s volume rocker never was this loose. It appears that the rocker might fall off soon.

This is the exact issue I am facing (probably even worse).

I requested a replacement hours after receving the phone and it hasn't been handled as yet.

If someone could have a look at this claim please.

Only if the customer care was responding to my email, chat, facebook messages and even voice calls, I wouldn't have come here and posted.

I wonder what exactly is so wrong with eBay in India that their customer care is so lethargic and apathetic to their customers.

I've been a customer of eBay USA and eBay Australia and the customer service there is terrific.

While in India, it appears no one is ready to listen to a customer.

What's so wrong about eBay India?
