I have been Genuine Seller for Ebay.in and Buyer,I had a buyer who has purchased product and i had shipped it very next day, since buyer had given 1 liner address which was not sufficient to get delivered to his address, Courier team called buyer to come and collect the same, however i (seller) spoke to courier team to get the same delivered without harassing customer to come and collect, but the arrogant buyer left negative comment stating, " didnot received product even on the 8th day of the purchase" here in this case buyer was requested to give complete address via mail and through telephonic conversation, to which he said i will not make any follow up comment and later he started ignoring call from my end and even stopped replying to mails (i have mail copy with me)
Tell me here how should i get my rating reversed, since buyer is not ready to listen and revert, it was buyer mistake that he had given 1 sentence address and because of which product got delayed in getting delivered, even though i had dispatched the product on very next day of the order.
I called customer service team of Ebay.in they are really pathetic, i felt i was on recorder message, i told them that customer had received product and it was even dispatched on very next day of the purchase, but buyer is not reading to make follow up on feedback, he said he donot care about the rating... i have done my job of dispatching and updating the AWB and even later when product was pending to be delivered we made courier team to talk with customer and get the same resolved.
Ebay.in gives buyer protection for all the XYZ reasons, but have i done wrong in this entire scenario? why can't they investigate and get needful done for my rating by getting it reversed under "Seller Protection"
Please understand, i m here to do my best with genuineness... i highly appreciate this platform but don't let seller feel that he is piece of crab who is getting paid twice a week and he should not expect any help when he is in need.
It is highly requested, if you cannot help me in getting my negative rating reversed, then please do the needful by changing your auto recorder executive seating at customer care who has hardly got anything with seller... they are really a shit on name of Ebay.
