As suggested by you I had contacted Paisapay and also given all the details,But its really very frustating that Paisapay do not read the mail properly and send reply of their own choice(not at all on the issue raised by me),which is no where near my related problem.
This is the reply I got from them:

On checking our records, I have noticed that the transaction for PaisaPay ID : 18401963639, is paid and confirmed.
Hence kindly check the status of the transaction and ship the product.
You should only ship your item when the buyer's PaisaPay payment hasbeen confirmed. Confirmed payment will show as "Paid" with the "Rs and Shopping Cart" icon filled in your "My eBay" under "Sold" section.
You may check the status of the transaction by following the below
mentioned steps:
1. Click on the "My eBay" link at the top of most eBay pages to log in
to your "My eBay" page.
2. Select "Sold" tab where you shall find the status of the PaisaPay
transaction ID: 18401963639. Kindly look for the filled Rs. and Checkout
Complete icon which states "Paid" indicating that the payment has been
confirmed.

Now the point is I already know that the payment is confirmed and I had also shippied the item on the same day.
The problem I raised was that I am not getting the Paisapay confirmation in my Gmail inbox but only in my My Messages of eBay.
The Paisapay customer Support simply escaped by telling me the status of the payment and also the copy cut reply of how to verify the payment is confirmed and when to ship the items.
I request sapanaji to kindly reply to me regarding this type of reply of customer care.
I am really fed up with such worst customer Service and I had posted this here so that eBay community also know the level of service from eBay.
