Nitin_100 No.1 CHOR on Ebay is BACK with another Ebay Id

Dear Ebay Users,

The Ebay user nitin100 who cheated arun to the tune of Rs.35K is back.

This time his new id is red_laava.

Please remember any user who tells you to deposit in account name Shakwat Hussein is him, in case he makes another id not that.

Ya Ebay should do something quick before anyone else gets cheated.

Because of these punks, Genuine sellers like us and over all Ebay gets a bad name.

I HAVE EVEN REPORTED THE FRAUD TO THE EBAY TEAM.......via the help section.

Request u to do the same, so that ebay reaises sooner.

You can not ask ebay to ban red_laava, after all he is their "business partener" and ebay DOES benifit from sellers, no matter what their kind. Ebay will never ban him.

the best part is for that red laava id, items for sale do not appear in regular listings.. only when the link privided below is used..the items for sale appear...a compaq laptop for 25K..??? tempting....but scary

Using other accounts to defraud eBay members is not an acceptable behavior. When eBay receives a complaint about a seller who is other User IDs, we investigate and take appropriate action based on our User Agreement.

Whenever we receive a complaint we look at the seller's account to determine if further action is warranted. eBay has established protocols that determine when action is to be taken against a user's account

eBay would urge all members to use Contact Us for eBay to take appropriate action

Hi,

It is Good to see a Response from Ebay, However we I have already complained using the Contact ebay form but there is no response from Ebay.

Please take action and get the culprit booked so that no one dares such things on Ebay.

Ebay is getting a bad name because of such individuals and it is also affecting the sales on Ebay.
