Nigerian acting as FRAUD buyers and misusing EBAY

There are a group of Nigerian bidders who have false Indian names and email ID's and Addresses and pose as potential buyers and win the bid by quoting higher price and then ask you to DHL the item to Nigeria without making payments or prosmising that western union will pay on their behalf and send you fake emails from WESTERN UNION as payment confirmation emails.
