New Year Delight 2013 - Unable To Redeem (Error Message)

I've made purchases during January by following and generating the coupon codes from the new year delight offer page.

Yesterday evening, the banner on ebay home page said that the redemption has begun so I tried to get it by clicking on the link. But to my surprise the link returned me two errors.

1) After successful login and identity verification, I get the following message i red color

There was an error passing information between the third party you just came from and eBay.
Error code: 20.1.10 : 2013-01-31 17-26:53:signin.ebay.in

This error may have occured for one of the following reasons:

The third party that has sent you here has provided invalid information to eBay.
eBay has encountered an error processing your request.

Please close this window and return to the third party application.

It is my understanding that there is a problem with the redemption app.


2) After a while when I retry to login and click on the redemption link, nothing happens. The page gets refreshed asking me to enter the login details again.


Any help is much appreciated.

Simply write an email to the customer support and they'll fix it in 48 hours. I was able to do it

Even i am getting the same problem and contacting customer care on daily basis. Can anyone suggest solution ? or tell us where to mark an email for solution ?
