I am sorry to inform that the Iphone4 (ITEM N). ***) purchased by me was giving problem since that was recieved. It used to become black and dumb most of the times, however used to restart after sometime. Finally it closed down and did't restart inspite batter was fully recharged.
I have shown the set to Apple Authorized Service Provider who after inspection has told that the SIM Tray is old and of Black set when this is a white set. The phone set is of no use for the last 15 days.
Already 5 reminders have been esnt to the mailing address from which this set was sent.
Please explain hwo it happened through Ebay a reputed company.
Collect back the phone and send the refund within 7 days.
