I know that this post will be waste and going to the ebay's dustbin but still I am writing just killing my time.
I am learning a new maths here on ebay which says Rs. 60/- is greater than Rs. 149/-.
Strange it may sound but this is what ebay believes.
Let me come to the point now.
I listed an item for Rs. 99/- which weighs 300 gms. for which I was charging local shipping and handling as Rs. 30/- for first item and Rs. 20/- for second item.
For national shipping I was charging Rs. 60/- for first and Rs. 40/- for additional purchases.
However ebay team thinks its excessive shipping and removed the listing.
Then I did some vague search and found out that many top sellers were charging Rs. 100+ ie some are charging Rs. 149/-, some Rs. 199/- some Rs. 249/- as shipping and handling charges for pen drives which weigh hardly 25gms but ebay thinks that's genuine shipping and handling charges.
Here is the simple equation:
25 gms weight + Shipping charges Rs. 149/- = Genuine Charges
300gms weight + Shipping charges Rs. 60/- = Excessive shipping charges.
I was not a topper in maths so I am still confused at these equations.
If anyone finds the answer please let me know.
