duplicate payment

I went thru' the process of buying an item with my card and twice it displayed an error message "process incomplete" pls try again. I did... but when i saw feedback form, it shows same item purchased thrice. What do I do now ?

Hi!

You can get in touch with your seller and ask him to refund / reverse the amount which has been paid multiple times.

If you get a call from paisapay department for verification, inform them that you want only one QTY and cancell the other payment which was done in error.
