Previous to this incident I had a strong faith and belief in Ebay, but due to the recent incident I lost my faith and belief in the Ebay and also it has forced me to rethink on the whole online business. I purchased one Mobile battery for Xiaomi on 18th May,2017 from your website after finding the six months guarantee inspite of the product price was high. I assumed like all other customers that If anything happens to the product with in the guarantee period i am safe as I am purchasing the product from avery reputable organisation
But to my surprise the product stopped working from 15th Aug,2017 and after so many calls and mails to the seller as well as Ebay my product is neither replaced nor refunded. This is very pathetic and horrible to see such service from Ebay. No person will believe in any guarantee from a seller outside your city but as We are purchasing from Ebay we believed in Ebay. Now Ebay is not helping to refund or replace the product. I hope you understand my problem and ask the team to refund or replace the product.
To my surprise the same seller is even selling today on your website with same guarantee and he is not responding to the existing customer..Is it not cheating???

All buyers are suppose to get themselves acquainted with the rules and policies of the website, in case of ebay the buyer protection period is 30 days from the date of purchase after that it is between you and the seller.
You should always read the listing carefully, was the 6 month warranty by the seller or manufacturer ? did the seller give you a VAT paid bill ?, always check the sellers credentials before purchase, for example don't buy batteries from a seller who also sells pots and pans, always buy from a specialised seller.
So its important that you know ebay rules before purchasing any product.
