T recently bought a pump from one seller.The price appeared on higher side compared to competing items on same ebay and in physical market.The courier also did not deliver me item but called me to office to collect item.
I accordingly wrote feedback that item appears overpriced and courier made me take delivery from office.
The hell broke loose.The bania website of ebay started working overtime alongwoith with seller to block my feedback.They have also set up a comic ebay court of puppet jury to vote out customer feedback.It is truly well know american MNC functioning.
So never give a negative feedback.Even if made fool and on a poor service. Or else you will be insulted and made fun of and your feedback will be removed.
Will seller or their fraudulent jury decide if price is reasonable or not or is is customers perception? Why cant a buyer write that price is more than reasonable? It is normal buyer reaction and it is his right? Will ebay and seller decide price is reasonbale?
Instead of taking up matter with courier the seller and ebay got together to prove me lier. But I had another proof about this courier who just 2 days back returned my packet from Mumbai also saying 'No service'.
Will ebay eat humble pie or promote sellers still.Neither ebay nor seller have any apology to offer.
The amount of insult,tension and activity required after buying a 800 rs item is not worth buying on ebay in my opinion.
I think a regulator is needed now for online marketing too in India.
