Neutral and Positive Ratings of buyers and sellers are not that effective

Hi, Good day to you,

I find that Neutral Negative or Positive Ratings of Buyers and Sellers are not that effective. Rather honest feedback of buying and selling should be incorporated without rating the sale/ buy as positive, neutral or negative, which will turn out to be unbiased both to the buyer as well as seller.

I have noticed/ experienced that when one rates a SELLER as NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE just because he delivered a shipment LATE, no matter whether the product might be good or bad, the SELLER also reciprocates rating the Buyer as NEGATIVE or EUTRAL as the case may be, for no fault of the BUYER. It is just that the SELLER has not despatched the shipment on time though the BUYER paid up for the order on time, but the BUYER is required to bear the brunt of NEGATIVE rating for himself/ herself, as he/she has after all rated the SELLER as NEGATIVE due to a bad delivery despatch scenario which could be avoided by the SELLER.

The Buyer-Seller Feedback system needs to be improved to incorporate all possible unbiased feedback from both in terms of Payments, Shipments, or Products, whether it be from the Buyers Perspective or from the Seller Perspective.
