Neither seller is responding nor Ebay is helping to resolve issue

I have purchased a LED from ebay. I have not received the product as per description shared by seller. When I filed the claim seller is responding to my queries. Ebay has closed my claim without providing any resolution to me. I have call customer care and get a case registered. Executive has confirmed that I will get a call from claim department within 48 hrs, but its 4 days past and I am still waiting for the response. I have drooped a mail as well but not getting any response either. I though I have done a big mistake by dealing on ebay. can anyone help me else let me know the way to disable my ebay account. I am no more interested in doing the transaation on ebay.
