I bought a Plantronics bluetooth from ebay seller ankitajainkolkata. Within a week the charging socket was dislodged. When i reported the problem, the seller replied back thats its not her problem. Later she asked me to return back the product so that she can get it repaired. But its been more than a month there is no update about the product. Neither the seller is responding to any of my messages on ebay nor she is picking up the phone.
Now on ebay it gives me message that seller is "not a registered user".
