hello ebayers,

i had sold coins worth 25000 rs approx to a buyer " 009VINI009 " . first he told ebay that he didnot recieve the package after 15 days and opened a "refund request" case . i contacted ebay and submitted and proof of delivery . after submitting the POD , then he changed his mind told ebay that he had recieved the parcel but it didnt contain coins but CDS , ebay easily caught his fraud and his refund request was rejected and i was given back full money .but the worst part is that he has left negative feedback and ruined my whole reputation , can anybody suggest is there anyway to revise the feedback ,

He is an Indian buyer and has played the same trick with other sellers too, I have listed all the sellers and the feedback given by him, all of you must get together and approach ebay for this matter. Your negative will be removed for sure and he will be black listed immediately from ebay. His mode of operation is to buy the material and claim INR and get money back as he is a seller too.

Ebay says they will do and are doing there best to protect the seller from ugly and insane blackmailers, but they all are there in there office discussing the new ways to harass a Seller. When you call for any negative feedback removal they will just keep irritating you and will try to harass you more and more.
Ebay feedback policy should be changed and there should be eBay involvement also to listen the feedback disputes and to leave feedback buyer has to complete the transaction and feedback leaving duration should be decreased to 1 month as the shipping and receiving timeline has also decreased. I request ebay to be more active in complaints like this because 1 or 2 feedback also impact a genuine seller business very much and no seller want there business to be impacted by ugly Blackmailers.
Please help me ebay as I am very much fed up by these negative feedback .

if ebay made this buyer unregistered all left feedback within 90 days will automatically removed so plz send message to ebay(incswebhelp@ebay.com)to make this buyer unregistered with full detail of all seller

Nothing will change here. There are so many fake buyers are here who wants to create trouble to sellers. But eBay not want to provide solutions to avoid such things.

So jo chal raha hai waise hi chalte rahega....

ebay please do something to stop such thing, there has been no response from ebay to such reports, it questions the use of this forum when there is no reply at all

A buyer gave a wrong address on ebay.The couriers could not find his house so they sent the parcel to their warehouse.In this the packing of the parcel got damaged.The buyer left a negative feedback saying that the packaging was bad.I got a negative feedback even when I was not at fault.
