Negative Feedback to ebay for seller

i purchase trimmer by ebay,but without bill.i tried to phone to seller but he not pick my phone still no response(his cell no.09953240911).
After that i put claim and mail to ebay team as result no response.ebay Claim team one time call to me that time i in driving.
Therefor ebay team remove my claim from list by only one hit.
i purchased first time,but we faced very very poor experience by this issue.
I think no body worry aboutthis type of issues in this organisation.

If you have purchased trimmer which is non branded then if you are expecting bill for that then you are wrong. No one not in online in retail market also provide bill for unbranded products.

Further, if its branded one then keep in touch with eBay customer support to sort out your issue.
