You guys seriously need to improve your customer service which suck big time as your rep don't want to help. Your supervisors not available and leave before time of closing of your call-center. Not sure what kind of service you guys are trying to offer.
I have been here with ebay from last 9 years and i have ineracted with customer service earlier too but now they are pathetic.
My problem is simple. I'm trying to make the payment of an item which is getting failed in the process due to your payment gateway,However that doesn't stop you guys to charge me payment on my credit card which you guys have charged now 5 times.
On top of it. If i check their is no record of the transaction still and want me to pay again for the same. I have already made the payment twice and it still doesnt goes through Not sure what else you want me to do...
