IF HE IS A GENUINE SELLER,HE SURELY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY OR SEND U THE PRODUCT.
IF HE DOESNT
THEN GO FOR THE BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM WHICH EBAY HAS.

BUT THEN I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THAT SELLER AND AFTER 2 MONTHS RECEIVED THE WHOLE AMOUNT REFUND FROM BAAZEE.
IT JUST REQUIRED REGULAR FOLLOW UP WITH THE BAAZEE DIPUTE TEAM,I KNOW I HAD TO FILL THE BUYER PROTECTION FORM AND SUBMIT ALL THE PAYMENT PROOFS,AND WHEN THEY WERE VERIFIED I WAS REFUNDED MY WHOLE MONEY BACK.
REGARDS,
ATUL

You may try the following link from any page on eBay:
Help - Contact Us - Ask about bidding or buying - Problems with sellers - You did not receieve the item:
simply click on the link below:
http://pages.ebay.in/help/contact_us/_base/result_2_5_1.html
The method to claim buyer protect is to :
First file a Item not received (INR) dispute against the seller.
2. Since the seller is no longer registered on eBay, simply escalte the dispute with a claim for compensation under eBay's Standard Purchase Protection Policy.

REG : ITEM NO.5813902146 PAYMENT CONFIRMED BY SELLER ON 1/10/2005 NOT RECEIVED.
DISPUTE ESCALATED TO EBAY ON 02/11/2005 BUT I FEEL THAT EBAY IS PLAYING TACTICS HOW NOT TO PAY ? THEY WANT PROOF OF THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, WHEREAS BUYER HAS SENT ME EMAIL THAT HE HAS RECEIVED PAYMENT ON 01/10/2005. HOWEVER, I WILL NOT GET THE MONEY BACK, I LEARNT A GOOD LESSON.

I understand your concern, however to process a Buyer Protection Claim, the team would require the necessary payment proof.
I am sure you will appreciate the fact that, it will be difficult for the claim team to reimburse a user until the proof of payment is presented.
