HELLO,
As everyone knows, ebay phone lines are dead ,, since many a days..
What's new?
They have a new " Dont Care " policy, wherein they chose not to reply to mails , at all..
I have had communications via email, with ebay.com, ebay.sg, ebay.uk, etc,
Never have I faced any such problems, They reply to u guaranteed.. within 24 hrs without fail, irrespective if ur query is of high concern or not...
For heavens sake, Ebay India, Pls dont spoil "ebay" reputation...
Im not sure if Im going to be replied back,,,
But atleast I feel a bit lighter...

You're certainly right. Even it's too awkward to speak with eBay customer service as I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get connected. In regards to email correspondences, I never receive any response from them at all. I think as you said eBay.in will surely be a hindrance to ebay's growth and reputation. Wherever Indians(we) are involved there lies a problem always. Even sometimes the eBay India team opts for violating the eBay Guarantee policies. We Indians are perfectly lazy, jealous, and proud. Whatever multinational company comes here, after some days it'll loose its reputation.

We are facing some technical issues with the toll free number because of which you may occasionally find the number busy. We are working with our telecom partner to whom the issue has been escalated and will have this resolved at the earliest.

I know so many people who were full time ebay buyers, have made ebay their last destination , initial ones being flip..,infi.., yeb... koo.. etc etc..
just because of the clumsy customer service...
Come on ebay India guys...WAKE UP !!!
I mean there are innumerable cos. taking out a slice of ebay's market share... almost everyday...
just because they are able to give superb customer service...
Customer service:
what does a customer ask????
Just that somebody replies to him ....!!!!
IS that too much to ask for ????
I have made purchases from almost all leading online cos..
and most of them have a 24 hr support on phone as well as by mail...
EBAY HAD THE EARLY BIRD ADVANTAGES IN INDIA.. BUT WHAT A PITY...
ITS LOSING ITS MARKET SHARE WHOPPINGLY EVERY HOUR....
JUST BECAUSE UR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AINT ABLE TO MANAGE CALLS AND MAILS !!!!
ebay.sg and ebay.com has n times more volumes than ebay india...
but check them out... they never fail to reply...

Get an dedicated time only for customer service...
