The matter has been discussed again with your Mr. Karan Dutta per telecom of date and as advised the whole case is being forwarded to you once again for appropriate action. Further I would like to inform you that the seller (prashantbehki) has again placed the similar item (under item no. 290181847233) for bidding with start date of today i.e. 15th Nov., 07. Further similar item for which bidding ended yesterday/today morning was won by somebody at a price of Rs. 4402/=, if I recall correctly. I am really surprised to note this with the reason that in case item is not available in stock at the moment how can the seller go for bidding?
Anyways I would once again request you to look into these cases to help me out.

My e-bay account does not reflect this wining bid as of now. On contacting the seller per telecom of 13th Nov., 07, it was informed by seller (prashantbehki) that presently this item is not in stock and is likely to be available after 10 days time. Here I have a basic question as to why this item was listed for bidding by seller when it was anticipated by seller that same may not be available for delivery after bidding is over? This issue was also discussed with your Mr. Karan Dutta, Mumbai, (022-66168107) per telecom of 13th Nov., 07, in addition to the issue pertaining to non-delivery/response from another seller (bazigaar_10) from which two Wireless Car MP3 Transmitter (item code no. 140172203511 & 140172199702) were won by me.
