10 day listing free with International listing - not working on 23-Nov

Hello,

Your announcement said the 10day listings are free for International listings from 19-23 Nov. Till yesterday it was working but today, on 23rd, its not working. The fees are being charged.

I made some International listings this week with scheduled start facility and 10day period. For those starting before 23-midnight there was no problem. But two listings started on 23rd just after mid-night. While making those listings the 10 day listing fee was shown as free but now that account has been charged Rs.50 as 10day listing fee for these two listings starting after 23rd Nov midnight.

Today I tried to make another similar international listing and there is no more 10day free listing for international listings.

Why should we be charged while the announcement says its free till 23-Nov ? Hope those who have been charged like this will get automatic refund. Soumi

The promotion as stated in the announcement is live till 23rd Nov. Due to a bug in the system listings created on 23rd are not availing of the promotion price for the 10 day duration.

Hence we will credit all sellers who list internationally with a 10 day listing on 23rd Nov manually as per the promotion. These credits will be posted to your account by 30th November.

Please go ahead and list as many items as you would like.
