My refund put on hold.

Dear E-Bay,
My refund has been put on hold by your paisapay team. I have purchased a tyre inflator by paying in advance on 11/10/2012. The paisa pay id for the product is 32302143132. The seller was supposed to dispatch the item by 18/10/2012. But as seller failed to dispatch the item on the due date, I am supposed to receive my amount back. But E-bay has put on hold my refund.
Kindly explain the reason.

Our records shows that you confirmed the item receipt for PaisaPay ID: 32302143132. Are you referring to PaisaPay ID:32302205752 for which an automatic refund has been initiated and it was kept on a hold as seller has shipped the product but failed to update in PaisaPay. Please check your inbox for the shipping details. We've asked the seller to provide a valid proof of dispatch / delivery, failing to which we will approve the refund for you.
